ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Application Forms can be obtained directly from the college by paying the application fee. For BPT course, the sale of application begins from March of every year. For MPT course, the sale of application begins from November of every year.
FOR BPT COURSE
The candidates will be shortlisted and called for the admission. They have to submit the original certificates of the following along with three sets of photocopies of the same:1. X th standard Mark Sheet
2. XII th standard Mark Sheet
3. XII th Transfer Certificate
4. Community Certificate
5. X th & XII th Conduct Certificate
6. Physical Fitness Certificate obtained from a registered medical practitioner
7. Blood Group Report
8. Recent Colour Passport size photos 6 nos + digital photo file in jpg file format in a CD to be submitted
9. Migration & Eligibility certificate to be obtained from The Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Guindy, Chennai (only applicable to students completed +2 from other state or from CBSE.
FOR MPT COURSE
The candidates will be shortlisted and called for the admission. They have to submit the original certificates of the following along with three sets of photocopies of the same:
1. X th standard Mark Sheet
2. XII th standard Mark Sheet
3. Community Certificate
4. BPT Transfer Certificate
5. BPT Degree Certificate
6. BPT Internship Certificate
7. BPT Mark sheets (All semester / year)
8. Migration & Eligibility certificate (only applicable to students who had obtained BPT Degree from other than The Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University)
9. Physical Fitness Certificate obtained from a registered medical practitioner
10. Blood Group Report
FOR OVERSEAS STUDENTS (BPT & MPT COURSES)
1. The mark sheet of qualified examination must be attested by the authorized person in the Ministry of Education of that Country and to be countersigned by the Indian Embassy in that Country)
2. For the marks obtained in HSC or A / O level, conversion of numerical equivalency for the Grades / Points should be obtained from the concerned Educational Authority of that country in the Official letter Signed with Office seal.
3. Migration Certificate from the place of study.
4. Eligibility Certificate issued from The Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai
5. Council Registration (if any)
6. Valid Passport
7. Student Visa
8. N.O.C. from the Embassy / Consulate of that country in India for overseas students.
